Shipping Within Saudi Arabia
- A fixed shipping fee of 25 SAR applies to orders below 149 SAR.
- Free shipping is available for orders of 149 SAR or more.
- Delivery usually takes 3 to 8 business days.
- Remote areas or circumstances outside the store's control may require additional time.
Shipping to GCC Countries
We ship to:
- United Arab Emirates
- Kingdom of Bahrain
- State of Kuwait
- State of Qatar
- Sultanate of Oman
Shipping to GCC countries costs 69 SAR per order, and delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
Delivery time may be affected by customs procedures, the shipping carrier, or the delivery address location. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be imposed by the destination country, if applicable.
Order Processing
The delivery period begins after the order is confirmed, prepared, and handed over to the shipping carrier. Official holidays are not counted as business days.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent to the customer through the contact details registered with the order.
The customer is responsible for entering the name, phone number, and address correctly and completely. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay the order or prevent delivery.
Shipping Delays
Exceptional delays may occur due to weather conditions, busy seasons, customs procedures, or shipping carrier circumstances. We will follow up on the order and assist as much as possible if any delay occurs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or different from the purchased order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide the following:

- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
