At Talwin Books, we are committed to ensuring that every order arrives in excellent condition and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the following policy.
Return Period
Unused coloring books may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that they are:
- In their original condition.
- Unused and uncolored.
- Returned in their original packaging, including any included accessories if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
- Coloring books that have been used or colored.
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Return requests submitted after the 14-day return period.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning an item for reasons unrelated to an error by Talwin Books.
If the item is:
- Damaged upon delivery, or
- Incorrect or different from the item ordered,
Talwin Books will cover the return shipping costs and, where applicable, provide a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will review the return request. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within up to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product.
- Clear photos of the shipping packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and work to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
